They were very helpful and professional! They performed accurate work on the vehicle with no parts missing including valve stems! I appreciate them so much I recommend bringing your vehicle to Firestone instead of a Mavis or tire kingdom…
Poor customer service trying to charge a single woman over 700 $ for a 100 $ job. The man I found fixed it with the part & brake fluid for 100 $ ! Better believe I tipped him 150 $ ! To be fair that wasn't with labor , but the job wouldn't have taken 500 $ worth of labor. I've been here over 45 years, Better believe I am telling everyone I know ! Shame on you !!!!

Huge disappointment. Had an appt scheduled for 11am today ( made 3 days ago ). I arrived 5 minutes early, finally one of the 4 reps stopped talking to each other and acknowledged me. I stated that I had an appt. Associate couldn’t locate me in the system and then said he found me - BUT its going to be a long while- he said they let a lot of online people jump in front of me. He said I “could leave my car- and I guess I had to walk or pay for an uber or if I’m a really patient person I could wait till who knows how long”. I s... read more
