I came in with a deflated tire without an appointment on a very busy Saturday morning. I had never been to this store before. Despite those factors, Jeff greated me cheerfully and showed compassion for my situation and took immediate steps to help. He was honest with me about how long it would take to obtain a replacement tire from another location and install it.
