This Firestone store is the best location I've ever been to. The service technicians are outstanding, and everyone is courteous and professional. While I was there, I witnessed a customer being unnecessarily rude and using inappropriate language toward an employee named Matt. Despite the way he was treated, Matt remained calm, respectful, and did everything he could to help her. It was impressive to see how professionally he handled such a difficult situation. Got new tires at this location - Waylen provided excellent service and was very friendly. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. Fair price quoted up front, no surprises. Would recommend.
Store manager was EXCELLENT! Very professional and excellent in keeping me posted on progress. Great workmanship by several different technicians. Highly recommend this location.
Waylen did a wonderful job. He was very busy, but did a fabulous job multitasking. He was courteous, which is hard to find these days. I spoke to my mechanic too and he thanked me for coming in. I guess that’s why I keep coming back. On my last visit, I did sign up for a rebate and I never received it. That’s not the fault of the shop.
