I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle and stopped at Firestone. I was really impressed with Kalib, the Service Mgr. He listened to my concern, squeezed me in for service, diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road. Kalib was kind, patient and knowledgeable!! Thanks Kalib!!
