I asked them to check my fluids and I am now sitting on the side of the road car overheating, they didn’t even fill my windshield wiper fluid, asked for this several times, if is not a service you offer then you should not promise or assure a customer that you did.
Don't bother making appointments online. It will get canceled next day and they will let you know they are too busy.
