I have had work done many times here and always feel I paid too much. Today I asked them if they would change a wheel for me, the mechanics of which is what they do a hundred times a day. They said they wouldn't unless I purchased a tire there. I questioned the representative deferred to "liability" b.s.. The reality is that they want the profit on the tire or the wheel itself, and do not want to just provide the service for a fee; it is not enough gravy. Opens at 7:00 AM here at 6:45 AM, proceeds to tell me that I’m interrupting the flow of the shop because he only has one mechanic and I don’t have an appointment. I’m not sure but I believe this isn’t something you should say to a customer. I explained I would wait but he continued to complain about having to get approval from my fleet company and interrupting the shop flow. If the owner of this shop would like to stay in business I would suggest you get employees that want to be there. Customer service is atrocious.
Took longer than estimated by staff. They ended up ordering the wrong tires when I used this store in 2022.The lobby is clean; however, I had a very impressive experience today June 7th 2025. I got a flat and was able to get into the parking lot of the store. Went in and Adam took me right in. I told him I wanted to wait, but when.
