Picked up a nail in my tire and it was losing pressure. Pulled in at a little after five and they had me back on the road by 6:15 and they were busy. Friendly and professional and helpful.
Rick and Paul were very helpful and acommodating. They definitely need mor staff to help in the front office though - the phone rings incessantly!!!!
Took my car in for an oil change. Rick called to tell me that my brakes needed changed. (I thought they seemed a little weak). When my car was ready, I was unable to pick it up and they offered to keep it overnight, which I did. The car feels like new! I’ve been using this particular Firestone for over 4 years and trust their judgment. They’ve never tried to sell me things that I don’t need. Rick and Brady are great with explaining repair recommendations and let me decide if/when to do them.
