The woman who greeted and checked me in along with explaining everything to me was excellent! So friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgable. She made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. TC (Tommy) and the young woman who checked me out were amazing. Such great representatives of the company and so very nice.
DO NOT GO HERE! OVER PRICED! I went here because i got a check engine light and ran codes and figured out it was an Evap issue, I take it to firestone they tell me my battery is bad, and about the evap issue i get charged $130 for a diagnostic that i got done for free at an auto parts store THEN THEY TELL ME ITS $700 JUST TO GET STARTED AND FIX ONE PART BUT IF THAT DOESNT WORK I GEY CHARGED MORE so i went to a side mechanic and he did all the work for $400 and told me if anything happens come back so don’t go to FIRESTONE DO... read more
I had a great experience with Montelle and David at Firestone Complete Auto Care. A lot of people complain about places like Firestone because they can be a little more expensive than smaller shops, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. Montelle and David were professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They didn’t rush me or talk over my head.
