The woman who greeted and checked me in along with explaining everything to me was excellent! So friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgable. She made sure I had all the information I needed before I left.
Highly recommend this Firestone location! Staff is great and the service is excellent. I take all my family's cars here for any service or repairs. George and his team are amazing! Customer service is excellent and I can always trust the work they perform on my vehicles.
Greg was absolutely awesome from start to finish! He explained everything, helped me understand and was very polite. High recommend!!!!
All the employees here are very kind and knowledgable. They always take the time to patiently explain what the services entail and teach me a little more about my car each visit. I recommend calling ahead in case you have concerns about walk-ins, they have always gone out of their way to accommodate me in a timely manner! Shoutout to George and TK, thanks for teaching me how to change my wiper blades so I can do it myself in the future :)
