The lady that helped me tonight was amazing! Another tire shop had put a new tire on my jeep and didn't even change the stem or make sure it wasnt leaking and as soon as I hit the slab my tire went from 40 psi to 20 psi! Luckily Firestone was right off the exit. 4 minutes to closing they were nice enough to open their garage back up and fix me up quickly!
Stoney is great, always in a good mood- knows his regulars and gets things handled. Johnie Nolan is my mechanic. The first few times I went to Firestone, I had random people, and they screwed something up every time- i.e., didn't put the radiator cap back on. Only partly connected battery- I only ever went back because of the way Stoney handled things. Then Johnie started working on my car. He knows that the car is there every 5 weeks. This place is totally incompetent.
I arrived a little after 5 and the manager of the back just stood there and looked at me as I ask 3 times where do I need to go. He finally walked over to my vehicle and told me to go inside. He was not happy that i arrived that late in the day I guess. The little guy up front was not friendly at all either. Like it was a bother to wait on me. They finally changed my oil and gave me a bill of $244, I about had a heart attack when I saw this. I have never paid this much ever for an oil change. I will never go to this Fireston... read more
My first time ever visiting this place and me being from a different state I was nervous. But the customer service was amazing. To the two men that worked Sunday 02/09/26 thank you so much for making my trip home a success. The Best customer service ever!!!!
