I want to make one thing clear at the outset. My criticisms are not directed at the individuals who work at this Firestone location. I found them to be very agreeable and helpful individuals. My criticisms are directed instead at the Firestone company’s marketing tactics. I was in need of new tires for my Jeep Cherokee. Shout out to Mr Shannon, Josh and Jarred. They all have very exceptional customer service skills. My experience was painless ( being a female i wasn't over charged or given a run around) . Quickness of service was 10 stars!! This has been my 2nd experience with this location and they always provide exceptional service.
