The employees at NSB Firestone are outstanding. I had to stop by because the oil pan/dust cover under my engine was coming off. I had my vehicle serviced at another Firestone the day before. They made a couple mistakes, (left the battery cover off). I corrected that myself but didn’t notice the dust cover until I started driving. I decided to stop by the NSB shop and very happy I did. They took care of my problem and didn’t charge me anything. Great service, courteous/knowledgeable staff.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Job was well done on time and for the quoted price. I will use this location for all my needs. Thank you.
The manager is an absolute kook. Every question you asked about a certain part he gave a dead end answer. If I wasn’t half way mechanically inclined I would have gotten no where with this guy. He was very rude and condescending so I’m sure the service at the place follows suit, I was explaining my problem to him and he was only concerned about arguing and hanging up the phone. Very very bad management and very bad personality. I can only imagine what the quality of work his guys do. I’d never take a vehicle here!!
Great place, clean shop, friendly staff and vehicle was done right on time!
Driving home from south Florida the car handling felt strange but when we hit some rough pavement we nearly lost control due to violent fishtailing. Having recently had a tire change and alignment done at a different brand shop I figured it must be related. We immediately pulled off I-95 and found Firestone #44 where Steven helped us right away.
