Even if you make an appointment, don’t expect them to take your car on time. I had an 11 o’clock appointment and at 11:30, They still did not take my car in so I left don’t waste your time or money with this place. They don’t respect your time.
The people at the customer service desks were helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The mechanics are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I pulled in without an appointment and customer service helped me right away, gave me a couple ideas of what could be wrong and the mechanics went to work immediately. I was out of there in under an hour! Thank you so much, Firestone!
Edit: As requested by the owner's response, I sent an email trying to resolve the situation and have not received a reply. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Firestone. Took my vehicle in to have a new set of tires mounted and an alignment. 2 1/2 hours later they called me to let me know it was done. I got there and found out that they had put on the new tires, but never bothered to call me to tell me they couldn’t do the alignment because I had some bad ball joints. Help your customers, actually show some compassion. Don’t try to get rid of them because you don’t want to help them. I would never treat anyone like that. They are human beings too.
I have spoken with the manager and he seemed nice. I am taking my car there today to see if they can help me. I am hoping for the best results. I hear great things about this establishment.
