Poor customer service. Especially one of the employee (the young man with glasses), makes rude comments towards customers, and unaccountable of his words. He puts the blame on other people for his negligence.
I left my PASSAT for oil change 2 days later large amount of oil was in in my garage The day before I had this problem I was about to drive 475 miles because I had appointment in San Antonio I was delayed by this time was 9:00 AM when I discovered I stop on the oil almost falling.
0 stars throttle body needed to be replaced on my car Firestone claimed it was just my manifold seal and gasket. Few days after car went into limp mode because the issue was not fully fixed the first time around. They claimed because the codes where not popping up and no light where on the dash it fixed the issue just doing the manifold seal and gaske. I went to Valvoline for a quick oil change. They lied saying they couldn't get the oil filter off. Came to Firestone just for them to get it off for free. Great service last time I go to Valvoline
