1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this Firestone location in Naples, Florida. I brought my car in for an alignment and had to wait 4 days. I was charged $500, which is a lot of money for an alignment. Unfortunately, when I got my car back, it was worse than when I brought it in.
