I have been using Firestone for years. This is the go to location in Naples area. Clean and easily accessed. Gloria was so patient and pleasant. She was the most efficient management i have ever worked with at Firestone in southwest florida. She gave me comprehensive feedback with no hesitation and took extra time to confirm with me what options i have for a necessary repair. Reassured me I would be safe on the road after inspection. She was so kind. Thank you again Gloria for an excellent experience.
Same day appointment for new tires went great. Gloria at the front desk was amazing!! Very helpful and attentive. Excited to see how my SureDrive tires hold up.. $520 for installation and all 4 tires is a win in my book!
