Nick was fantastic to deal with both on the phone and in person at the store. The work done was carried out promptly and correctly. This was my first visit to this store. It looks and feels like it's being run correctly and honestly. The keyword being 'HONEST'. Being trustworthy in today's world is everything, especially when it comes to car repairs/service. It was very refreshing, and I'm not going back to my Volvo dealer and their ridiculously priced services.
Jeff, that’s your guy you want right there. Problem solver great attitude good customer service got me in and out as fast as he could even though I came in late. Definitely recommend also amazing work by the Mechanic, who I didn’t catch his name that night, but they saved my butt. so thanks again, guys! If you’re in a jam, make sure you check them out
Nick was very good in explaining the problems; the solutions, the costs and made it happen in a timely fashion.
I worked with Nick for the first time and had a great experience. His tech and him diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner same day I called in. I had a bad wheel bearings that he replaced on my rear tire. Nick had great customer service and worked the front desk, the phones and also was helping service vehicles. I assumed he was the manager and was shocked to find out he wasn’t. If I was Firestone I would promote him immediately everyone needs employees like Nick. I will definitely continue to go to his store.
