I had an excellent experience at Store 4221! The manager was absolutely awesome. He quickly fixed my issue, accommodated my needs, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His professionalism and great customer service really stood out. Experiences like this are exactly why Firestone continues to earn my business. I’m very grateful for the help and highly recommend this location!
Had an appointment for 12 o’clock alignment, I show up for my appointment and no employees are there and says they can’t do it today. They opened at 8 and couldn’t even call me to reschedule or let me know so I could find somewhere else to go.
I have to say the service here is always friendly, professional, and prompt! I have to shout out the service manager Michael, was particularly helpful to me in my situation. I had somewhat of an emergency with my tire. I called and spoke to him to explain, he immediately said “come on in!” That was very relieving to me. I got first class service from him, and the rest of the team. This is why this location is my Favorite. I’ll take my vehicle and my family’s to this place anytime!! Kudos to you Michael!! I’ve been waiting for an appointment at 8 AM for the wheel alignment and the technician did not turn up for work, but they’re not sure when he returns to work and there is no back fill. Now my appointment time and schedule were wasted I’ve to look for another location to get the job done. Pathetic service, they don’t even care about the customer satisfaction.
