I don’t even know where to begin. I believe the employee who assisted me was named Charles. I clearly explained that my vehicle was turning off at red lights and specifically requested a diagnostic test to determine why the engine was shutting off. I was charged $138 for a very basic scan using a laptop, which he admitted could not guarantee identifying the problem.
