I called in to set an appointment for a referral from another shop. They answered were very patient and respectful. Took my car in. They were busy, although they were very attentive and helpful. Just From where I live, it was a bit of a drive but definitely worth it.
Cat at Firestone on Ward Rd in Lees Summit was amazing to work with! She knows all things tires and her experience was over the top in helping me pick out tires for my truck! It is so much quieter now! They did a great job, kept us informed and were very timely in getting the job done! Five Stars for sure!
Great place to take your vehicle. Friendly and honest staff. They show you what’s wrong and try and find the most cost-effective way on fixing problems for the customer. Most times they can fit you in, if you schedule an appointment only a day or two in advance, if it’s something minor - like an oil change. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Great at communicating and getting the issue fixed. Was booked for Monday soon as they realized the tech was out of office I got called back within 15 mins of leaving and made a new appointment for the following morning.
