I've used this Firestone multiple times with great results, but my recent visit was a mixed bag. ​The gentleman who checked me in was friendly, attentive, and helpful. However, pickup was a completely different story. The second associate slid the invoice over without a word and gave no explanation of my alignment report. The staff was very accommodating when we needed an emergency flat repair. Once they diagnosed the cause, they took the time to explain the damage, walk us through the recommended repair, and keep us updated while the work was being done. They even took photos during the repair and shared them with us so we could see exactly what had been done. Just a really good experience from start to finish. They were helpful, straightforward, and thorough—easily one of the best service experiences I can remember.

I don't like writing bad reviews but today was not a good day to visit this store and I'll tell you why. The customer service was less than acceptable!! I brought my car in because the back passenger tire that I purchased here in May had a screw in it and upon calling my car warranty company they said yes you can take it back there and we will pay them to fix it or replace it. I had a great experience with Firestone! The team was extremely helpful and worked with me to accommodate my financial needs, which I truly appreciated. They made it possible for me to get four brand-new tires and an alignment without putting me in a difficult financial situation.
