They were able to get me in on super short notice and finished in less than 45 minutes. Even though the nail in my tire was in a tricky spot, they were still able to patch my tire so I could make the 8-hour drive home safely. Special shoutout to Roy for the help!
I had a flat tire the morning after thunderstorms on July 16, 2025. I kept getting the run around from the insurance company and Firestone on Ward Rd in Lee's Summit. I had warranty and roadside assistance on 4 tires I purchased from Firestone on Ward Rd and they told me I needed to leave my car all day for a repair. The guys were really helpful. I could clearly see it was about me and my car, not making money. Not my first good experience with Firestone either. South Austin location was excellent as well.
Great communication, very thorough, and easy to drop off and pick up. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a solid alternative to pricey dealerships.
