These guys are amazing!!!! After calling around to many tire shops and I called them and they got me taken care of. Very fast service, got me in out!! Definitely would recommend!
This particular location is fantastic, they have gotten me out of a pickle way more than than a few times, always faster, and cheaper than I quote somewhere else, the staff is always friendly, clear, communicative, and suggestive. Will Definitely be bringing my business there again.
I didn't have an appointment, but they replaced the under-warranty battery, rotated the tires I bought from them, and repaired a bad tire pressure sensor fault in a timely manner
The customer representatives I've worked with at this Firestone have all been very helpful. This visit was no exception. Also, this is the first time I've had my tires rotated and found that the air pressure in my tires had been properly adjusted. I like to keep slightly more in my rear tires than in my front tires, and usually, when I rotate tires, I have to adjust the pressures.
