This team went above and beyond. They helped me select a tire to meet my needs and budget. Got me on the schedule next day and my car done and back by the time I needed it. They have gained a customer for life. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

Worst place ever. Please watch out. I have been scammed by this firestone so many times. Please check your tire dates. I just went to discount tires and discovered that I had paid for 4 tires and only got 3 new tires. One of the tires was still from 2014 and the other 3 were from 2022. I will never ever go back to any firestones ever again. I even had a credit card through them and I will eventually close it. I've been driving on a tire that could have blown up and possibly hurt me and others.
Walmart told me that a nail in my tire had punctured the sidewall and could not be repaired. I brought my vehicle Firestone, and they were honest enough to tell me that the tire could be repaired rather than say the tire was unrepairable and charge me for two new tire. I have always trusted Firestone. Today, they reinforced my trust in them. Thank you, Roy Helm for your honesty.
