This was my first time visiting. The service is exceptional. The employees are so kind, all my questions were answered and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely return in the future.
The team at my Firestone location is always polite and professional. They keep me informed about the needs of my vehicle and always offer any available discounts.
They were able to get me in on super short notice and finished in less than 45 minutes. Even though the nail in my tire was in a tricky spot, they were still able to patch my tire so I could make the 8-hour drive home safely. Special shoutout to Roy for the help!
I had a flat tire the morning after thunderstorms on July 16, 2025. I kept getting the run around from the insurance company and Firestone on Ward Rd in Lee's Summit. I had warranty and roadside assistance on 4 tires I purchased from Firestone on Ward Rd and they told me I needed to leave my car all day for a repair.
