Joe was very good with taking care of me and my car 🚗. Good customer service 👍 👌 a pleasure to do business with him. Ryan is a good technician and was very good as well. He installed my tires, changed filters and aligned my steering. Ryan did a great job with my car 🚗 Both guys were good at their jobs. I am very pleased with the work they did. The manager services my oil change. I have a 2019 Honda Passport. Used a coupon and thought all was good. At my next oil change i went to Express Oil (highly recommend) and they found a Volvo plug with no gasket had been placed instead of a Honda part. Never ever going to this or any firestone again.
Absolute professionalism, explained everything which I appreciate when getting my vehicles serviced. Joe and his techs @ the Navarre Firestone are on point.
