The technicians are always helpful and accommodating. My battery failed and they were able to change it the next day. As I was checking out, the tech found a coupon I could use that reduced my bill by 10%. They never push unwanted repairs, only recommend (gently) what should be addressed in the near future.
Friendly, and professional. They do a great job and keep the place looking as new as the day it opened.

I've taken all my vehicles to this Firestone, but I need to find a different shop. They consistently schedule appointments they can't keep. They don't communicate with customers when they are running behind. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am on Friday and had to pick it up Sunday morning with nothing done. Blame management and owners for poor performance. Management for scheduling workload and owners for not paying enough to keep techs in the shop. Avoid this place.
