I recently stopped into Firestone for advice and was helped by Joshua. He stopped what he was doing the second he saw me, kindly asked if he could offer assistance, and listened to my problem. Once I explained my tire situation, he educated me and let me know I merely needed more air in my tires. He had me pull around and he aired up the tires and refused any kind of payment for his services. Firestone makes getting tires at a reasonable price quick and easy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This location in particular did a great job of communicating with me and finding the best match for my vehicle.
