I had an alignment done at this location and when I got the car back the steering wheel was sideways and the car would pivot left/right while driving. I would not recommend any Firestone to anyone.
They always take care of really nice and caring people inside. We had an issue with our car they took care of us.
We were very satisfied with the entire process—from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the repairs. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. They completed the work in a timely manner and were honest throughout, which is something that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
