We’re from out of state for a tournament and found a bad oil leak around 5:40 pm on a Saturday, terrible timing. After calling around, this shop answered and still squeezed us in just before closing. They didn’t have to, but they quickly found the issue and it ended up being the best-case scenario. Huge thanks to Tim and the team for the kindness, quick help, and professionalism.
Fast friendly service
Top shelf, woke up this morning with a flat on my truck, called Josh and they worked me thru their work load on a Sunday! Kudos to Josh and his team for their efficiency. I recently stopped into Firestone for advice and was helped by Joshua. He stopped what he was doing the second he saw me, kindly asked if he could offer assistance, and listened to my problem. Once I explained my tire situation, he educated me and let me know I merely needed more air in my tires. He had me pull around and he aired up the tires and refused any kind of payment for his services. Firestone makes getting tires at a reasonable price quick and easy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This location in particular did a great job of communicating with me and finding the best match for my vehicle.
