I came in last week with a nail in one of my tires. It could not be fixed because my tires were worse than I thought. I had to get 4 new tires. I had just been grocery shopping and still had groceries in the car. They were very helpful and expedited me out of there fast because of my groceries. I will go back to the Firestone in New Smyrna Beach. And 2 days later my tire pressure sensor light came on! Mike, the manager, and everyone else took care of the situation. They all were very helpful and kind.

Made an appt for tires and a wheel alignment ahead of time and my car was taken in right on schedule. So far I'm happy with my new Destination LE3 tires on my SUV. And the wheel alignment is wonderful, right back to mfgr specs. My husband has also taken his vehicles here and any work was properly done, although not necessarily the cheapest in cost.
