I had an excellent experience with the team at Firestone. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. UPDATE to a previously posted 1 Star review: service manager Tanner contacted me next day and resolved my concern & made this right. great customer care for a previously bad experience. No further complaints. I have gone here for over 6 years bringing in 3 different vehicles over that time span. I have never really had an issue until my recent experience that I found out the staff/techs are not completing paid services nor are they notifying their customers of this. Really disappointed with this experience, came in at 7am for 4 tires that were sold to us over the phone, wasn't told until 45min after being there that not all the tires where there because someone accidentally sold them the night before. Took the 2 tires that were there instead because there would be a further wait for the other 2. Without any updates it then took a further 45min to finish up on a job that was promised to us to be quick and easy.
