I am thankful for the guys here at this location for assisting me with car problems and being knowledgeable in their field of automobiles. I was here 3 days in a row for 3 different issues and they resolved all of them. The customer service is great. The waiting area is equipped with a table, chairs, desk/work space with charging stations and a TV. Each day I was there I was comfortable, treated nice and greeted by name. Had a flat tire just minutes before Firestone was supposed to close on a Saturday. They stayed and took care of me and another customer who came in no complaints - most employees would run for the door at quitting time. Jay and Nefti did a great job and were most kind to us until the job was done. Thank you guys. The guys are solid. Mitch and Jay are very customer service oriented.
