UPDATE: I will leave the former review here for transparency sake. But I am upgrading it to 5 stars. I called and they asked me to bring the car back in. I noticed on the drive there how good the car felt to drive so they did an excellent job with the tires and alignment. Called for a tire change, one of my tires needed replacement. I called around different shops for pricing of the tire. The tire cost $370 at all the shops I called before I called firestone. When I called firestone, they said the tire would cost more, $500, and a fee to pickup the tire. I declined and they said they’d give me a “discount” of $100. I accepted only because I have their lifetime alignment, so I wouldn’t have to pay for the alignment . I asked them to do an alignment, rotate and balance the tires. They had my tr... read more
Tanner is EXCEPTIONAL! He was patient while working with my warranty company to replace my tires. He was extremely empathetic to my situation. 10's across the board someone get this man a raise. Cannot recommend him and firestone enough they always get the job done and get it done right! Thanks so much Tanner I'll be back!
