Went in so worried about what was wrong with my car. The lady in the front was so nice and helped ease my mind with what could be wrong with my car and then when they brought it in the back and the guys confirmed one of the things that she said, they helped calm me down. Wonderful team at this Firestone
It’s interesting to read the wide spectrum of reviews on here, but thanks to Mitch (the store manager), I had a GREAT experience here today. I was stressed because my car had some serious starting issues, and the dealership said they weren’t able to help for a few days (!). Mitch came to my rescue! He was professional, so kind, and engaged me in the whole process. Mitch is my new go-to guy for emergent car situations!
Took my car here for new tires and to be serviced. Shortly after noticed a rattling noise, come to find out they broke 2 sensors which I'm having repaired elsewhere. About $300. They were supposed to have checked the brakes as well. Guess what else I'm having put on today? Thats right, new brakes. Believe the bad reviews and stay away.
Level of service well appreciated.
