Pretty disappointed in my tire warranty, it’s only a warranty at their convenience. I need tires ASAP to function. Going to the competition who is open and available when I badly need them.

Everyone there was so kind and helpful. They got my vehicle in right away and kept me informed and explained what they were doing. I was more than satisfied with the service I received.

I needed an alignment and new tire. While my truck was up the mechanic called me out to show me oil dripping. He showed me how to tell where it was coming from. I was not pressured into saying yes or no for additional service. During the alignment I asked to watch and asked question. I understand much more now thanks to Jose Roman. Very nice to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable is what he was doing. I will continue to come back.

This is not the place to go, they have had our truck for over three weeks and the lady at the front desk knows nothing and says nothing when asked questions or for updates. iv been told two separate times the truck would be ready but then its not. apparently they only have one tech and he is out "sick" often. when i asked why this had been taking so long the woman at the front desk said " I'm not holding your truck hostage you can come get it ". would not recommend this place to anyone.
