I should have never brought my car to this location. I should have been done with Firestone a long time ago but i decided to give them another chance. If you have a choice please save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values customers and wants to do right by them. I had my car towed to this location late on 8/4/25. That morning i got a call from the manager he said there was two cares ahead of me and that my car might get looked at before the end of the day.
