I had an appointment at 11. I dropped off my car. It took 5 hours to do the alignment. At 4:30 when I picked up my car, the rear door was damaged. They said it was like that when they started working on my car. They even showed me a picture they took. But the picture wasn’t taken before they started, because I knew how I parked my car and they parked it differently and then they took the picture. I asked them about the time they took the picture. After taking 4/5 hours to finish aligning my car, I got a call from them that my car was ready. Just to see the rear door of my car was hit. They said it was like that when they started to work on it. But the picture was taken after they picked my car from the parking lot. I could tell the way it was parked wasn’t the way I parked it in the morning. They did not take any responsibility. I asked for the camera.
