If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Here’s what happened: Yesterday, my car was having trouble starting — it struggled, but I could still get it to start each time. I went to this Firestone location and explained the issue. They told me I needed a new battery, which made sense. However, they also recommended replacing my tires and alternator. From my understanding, an alternator typically doesn’t need replacement until much higher mileage (often well over 100,000 miles), and my car hasn’t even reached 90,000 yet. I ... read more
Nice service.
I was nervous about buying new tires but The guys at Firestone on Bandera was really nice and very helpful. I got new tires, alignment and an oil change. I dropped the car off but was ready in two hours. Will definitely be coming back for other things and sending family as well
