Came here for an alignment originally just a 12 month warranty, but Tracy (who is super personable and amazing!) Upsold me to the lifetime warranty for the alignment! I’ve only gotten an Alignment at one other place in Medford and it was significantly better. They also pointed out some damage out on one of my tires and informed me they were still under warranty which was amazing to be informed of. The whole experience Was easy going and flawless, mostly because of Tracy. She’s Awesome (duh)
I live on the coast and was in Central Point for a week because of a family member's illness. The weather in Central Point was snowy and icy while I was there, and the weather I was driving back to on the coast was windy and rainy. We recently purchased five new tires for our Jeep, and from the time we first made contact until all tires were mounted and balanced, we received nothing but courteous service from Art’s team. They were a wonderful shop to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of new tires.
Dropped my car off at my 9am appointment on Saturday 2/28. I will admit I was about 10 minutes late, but waited in line for another 15 minutes to be checked in. With all services, minus me requesting wind sheid wipers, already pre-approved by fleet. The gentleman explained that it may not be ready today. We had a major oil leak repaired at our mechanic in December 2025. In February 2026 we took our vehicle to Firestone for an inspection on the struts knowing we needed them. They came back and told us we also had oil all over the underside of our vehicle, several bolts, etc and it would cost $400 something to diagnose the mystery oil leak. We took it back to our mechanic and they couldn't find a leak. They power washed the oil off and told us to come back in a few days. We came back and still no oil leak.
