If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Didn’t even get a service done just walked into my appointment and was met with immediate unprofessionalism and attitude. I was told a service that should take 45 minutes to an hour was going to take 4 hours. I scheduled this appointment for 9 am. I was given the impression that they don’t prioritize jobs based on the services being performed. Great experience! Firestone was able to work me into their schedule quickly. The customer service and communication was excellent! I feel the pricing is reasonable and the advice and recommendations I received were honest and reliable.
