Firestone, and specifically the Hilliard location, gives excellent service. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, I have never had a single complaint. The options and prices are incredible. They're also very honest when it comes to discounts and warranties. One time, a warranty of mine was about to expire in just a few days (and I didn't even remember), but they reminded me, explained everything, and applied it to my service. Great service! All the guys were very nice and the wait time was what was estimated.
I was so surprised how Firestone has such good customer service. Its felt like a 5 star restaurant. The phones ring non stop and the workers put a lot of effort to get everything done.
Ended up here after a tire blowout on the highway on my birthday. The guy running the front mixed up our car with another, and told us that our car wouldn’t be ready till the next morning (?!?!?). Thankfully, my husband was with me, and he has ten years of mechanic experience, which was more than enough to let them know which car was ours, and to avoid any of the ridiculous upsells they swore we needed. After nearly five hours, we made it back on the road, and that’s the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of one.
