I took my car here to have it diagnosed for very little heat. All they did was squeeze the radiator hose and say it needed bled. I paid $109 diagnostic fee. 1 hour later the heat completely quit working again. I had it diagnosed at the dealer and they said it was the heater core. All I did was a simple backflush on the heater core at home and fix the problem. Are you guys going to give my money back?

My husband called in advance to get a quote on front headlight replacements. He was given a particular cost and told they would have the bulbs in time for his appointment. He gets there and they had not even ordered the bulbs yet. Second, they tried to add additional cost of a multitude of fees and then gave a completely different cost of the bulbs he initially talked to them about.
