The team at the Firestone on University Drive are very proactive, making sure my vehicles are well taken care of. I've used this location for over 25 years. Miles and his team are super friendly and always treat my vehicles like their own. I only go to this location.
Miles and the staff take their time with drivers dealing with rentals, they guided me through the whole process from quote -> voucher -> approval -> prompt service. If you are a driver with a long term rental or need fleet work - swing by.
Miles provided flawless and engaging customer experience. Kenneth also provided knowledgeable feedback and recommendations specific to my make and model of vehicle. Excellent!
