Danielle, Semeon, Miles and Jo Jo took amazing care of me today! I came in with a possible flat tire and they educated me, assisted me and made sure I made the best decisions for my vehicle and MY BUDGET! I am always a satisfied customer at Firestone — today, this team was ALL 10/10!!

Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful.
Not only did they do a great job changing my oil, but when I got home and put oil additive in, I dropped the filler cap and couldn't reach it, so I went back to Firestone and they put the car on the lift, removed the bottom cover, got my oil filler cap that I dropped, and turned off my check engine light all for free. Thanks again for being more than fair, honest, and friendly!
