Was in the area for a doctor appointment and a piece of my tire came off on the way. The guys at this Firestone were incredible!!! Handled my issue, got me a quote, had the tires in stock, and were able to get the tires replaced very quickly so I could make it to my appt. I highly recommend this location.

Mr. Miles Cotillier on Westgate Dr Firestone was very understanding when I went into company to cancel alignment that the Duke Street firestone and neglected my plea to correct a problem they had created.
