I would like to say we met two of GODS angels on 8/7/25. My daughter had a blowout on her way from her appointment. She already had a long day from scans because she is 26 years old and a cancer survivor. She was stranded waiting on a tow truck that would take about 1 1/2 hours before he could get there. It would be 6:20-6:30 before tow arrived and tire shop close at 7 pm. The Store Manager, Cynthia, provided exceptional service from start to finish! We had a last minute tire issue right before end of day. She got us in and out before we knew it! Highly recommend this Firestone location in Flowood MS.
