Super shady ethics here! Knuckleheads forgot to reinstall the undercarriage shroud after oil change. It would scrape the ground when hitting big bumps. It sounded and felt like this was rubbing in wheel well. This went on for ~1000k miles until I figured out where the noise was coming from. Took it back to shop to replace/fix. I waited five hours to get my two front tires replaced an a oil change I was told it would only take an hour an a half an ended up being five hours my boss has told all the technician to not go back the day before a tech has to wait six hours just for a oil change
My wife was from out of town by herself and her tire pressure light came on I suggested stopping at a tire shop. This is where she stopped . Theses waste of space people couldn't even be bothered until maybe an hr / hr 1/12 later maybe to even check the pressure and put some air in a tire. 1 minute . This particular Firestone is a waste of space . The quality/character of the people that work there is very poor.
