I am Geoffrey Serata and I'm a Veteran. On 10/27/2025, I brought my 2018 Corolla for a scheduled front end alignment, wheel balancing and rotation, and oil change.*The mechanic did not check the tire pressure and let me leave the shop with a low tire and tire warning light displayed in the dash. I drove around the block and came back to have tires inflated.*The mechanic swapped the wheels on the front but not the rear for the rotation. Did he do a wheel balance? I doubt it! Team here is excellent, never had an issue. Came to this firestone after having a hard time getting my car fixed at 3 other shops. Manager Josh took the paperwork from my prior repairs and his team worked through to verify what had actually been completed. They were able to fix it the first time. Every visit since at this location they've been up front with what is needed and what to expect on next visit. Never pressured going here which is important as a female going into shops like this.
