Made an appointment ahead of time to replace two tires. Arrived on time and waited in the lobby for almost 3 hours before they even started working on my vehicle. I have no idea why they make appointments with clients if they're going to waste your time. Wish they had just asked me to drop it off and come back later once it was done, their lobby doesn't even have a bathroom.
