Fast friendly customer service , called to check if they had my size tire and they did went in to have my tire changed it was fast and easy the persons that checked me in and rung me up had very good customer service and the repair people was fast too . I am very pleased with my experience with Firestone and I am definitely going back to purchase more tires and have my car serviced there …. Over all the staff did a very good job 👍
This was my 1st time, I had an appointment to get a tire looked at. I appreciate the mechanics honesty. They didn't sell me a new tire, but instead repaired it. Of course, another issue was found, but it was an important one and they fixed it on the same day. It took a couple of hours, making them go overtime on a Saturday night, but the mechanic still courteous and professional explained the issue to me. And Crabtree from Hilo Firestone Was a lifesaver I was coming from Kohala On a Sunday get to Hilo with basically a flat tire nobody open to fix it except for fire stone She got me in right away was finished in an hour. Didn’t charge The service is Was free she’s very good at what she does. You need to do whatever you gotta do to keep her. With the company, she is very thorough and does everything you ask her to do for you
I had asked for no Courtesy Checks, i.e. engine fluid, oil, antifreeze checks etc. The agent took it as No Insopections. So my car was not inspected for parts wear prior to aligning the car. Problem of pull to right still exsists, was told possibly motor mounts of rack and pinion problems.
