I recently had my truck stolen and whomever stole it did considerable damage to the steering column to the point that the steering column had to be replaced.... the dodge dealership wanted over $2600 just to replace the steering column. My mother suggested I take my truck to FIRESTONE and I am sooooo glad I DID!!!! I was having some issues with my vehicle swaying and they fit me in to their already busy schedule. They fixed the problem and were very honest which is definitely rare these days. We were traveling and had a day of rest in Kingsport. My brakes were squealing as we came out of the mountains. Showed up at 0745, and they inspected my brakes, rotated tires, and changed oil and I was back at the campground by 0930. So helpful to travelers. Highly recommended for their prompt service.
