Very efficient and professional team that worked hard to get my tire repaired/ replaced.
Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. They were able to get my car in immediately and took almost exactly the estimated time given for the work. Very satisfied with the visit.
Bad customer service
I had a great experience with Firestone in Flowood. The other locations have really given me the blues. It is worth driving from Madison to Flowood. Cynthia and Scott were very knowledgeable. They showed and explained the issues I was experiencing.
The staff was very accommodating to my needs and very proficient in their work
