This was my local shop when Grady was there..... Jessica refused to do a front end alignment on the car even though i have purchased the lifetime. she said too many new parts and lack of experience was the exact reason her technicians couldn't complete the repair. I had to pay for a tow truck to take the car to Grady(now at the Pearl location).
Roughly five hrs for an oil change @ a cost of $75 and I had to add a quart and a half two days later not happy.
Highly DONT recommend goin here Went in for a wheel alignment had to turn right back around cuz of loose part they didn't tighten had 3 alignments in less than 24 hours and it still wasn't right had to wait 5 days for a CASH refund Their techs don't know anything the guy was trying to rig my boot up to my rack and pinion and now my boot is broken I will b in contact with corporate for this specific store
Had 4 tires switched from one set of wheels to a new set. Jordan and Grady did a top shelf job. Then they balanced all 4. Thanks guys!
