I made an appointment to Have a vehicle inspection done at 3 PM. When I made the appointment I told them I needed to be at work by 5:30. At about 10 after four, I asked Lewis, The service manager when they were going to work on my truck because it was still in the parking lot. He said there was no way they were going to get it done by 5:30. I needed it to be done before 5:30 because I had to be at my job by 5:30. And I still have drive time. I came to Firestone in Hilo last Sunday. I had a flat tire, we had already put the spare on so I need this to either fix my tire or get a new one. They said I needed a new one. They did not have, they can order. it would be there by Tuesday and I can come in on Wednesday and get it put on. So I made a 12:00 p.m. appointment for Wednesday.
