Avoid Firestone , went in for new tires and brakes and get the AC checked out. Tire and brakes were ok but they were telling me to get the cabin air filter replaced even though I had it replaced literally a couple weeks prior the AC was “fixed” and lasted three days before went out. Got an appointment memorial Day to get it re looked at. They stated we needed another part and was told they would get a quote. Quality of work good, deals offered before checkout ok after work done and you go to pay with deal offered are Terrible, discounts disappeared .
