The staff were kind and efficient at replacing the back two tires of my car. They were open with me about pricing and kept me updated on the process of replacing the tires throughout my visit. Overall, I would recommend Firestone!
Absolutely amazing people out of all the places I ever been they are absolutely the nicest and most amazing. Josh is hands down the best and shoots it like it is. Hes super honest giving i work on cars and i know what my car needs and dont and he didnt try to push anything on me at all will most definitely return when I need
Had several services done while I was out of town. Maintenance checks, alignment, new tires. My car feels much more comfortable and safer to drive. Josh did an amazing job and communicated well with me through the whole process. He didn't pressure me into any additional services like I’ve experienced before. He very clearly let me know what needed to be done in which I was able to opt in or out of. He was also kind to talk to upon picking up my vehicle. Thanks Josh!
