I have used Firestone my entire life, South Dakota, Florida & South Carolina never had an issue. Took my truck in yesterday to balance my tires & they tell me they can't balance them due to wear on the tires & try to sell me new tires for 1200 bucks instead. My tires have not been on there long, so I took it to a shop down the road & they balanced them for me & only charged 50 bucks, so I actually saved money.
