Walked in for 1 slow leak tire issue, and when I entered lobby the mechanics were seriously fighting with each other. They were cussing & at each other's necks. Couldn't make this up. They took my truck at 5pm, left it with them and I didn't get it back till 1pm the next day! And it wasn't fixed after all that time! They said the tire couldn't be fixed after all that. They seemed bothered that I came in after they called me and said they had the tires for my car. I had quoted out the night before and scheduled the appointment and they refused to honor the quote because it included a coupon that ended the night I scheduled the appointment and did the quote.

Worst experience ever trying to buy tires I looked online and this place is very close to where my wife works and so I scheduled online for her to get her new tires and in the morning I called to verify the appointment and the guy that picked up the phone could not find my info and said he couldn't get us in until next week so I called my wife and told he what happened then about an hour later the guy called my wife and said we have your tires are you coming in? I am just slightly confused on what the point was in having an appointment? I needed two tires replaced and that was it. I have been waiting for 3 hours now and I was just told "20 more minutes it should be done". So I'll be waiting for 3.5 hours to have two tires replaced. Seems a bit long to me for such a small job. I have waited less time at the dealership for larger jobs. Won't be coming back.
