I like the professionalism and communication of this facility. The candor of “This should be fixed now but that can be put off” added to the sense of trying to fix my problems not just attempt to panic me into a repair. I WILL be returning and I will be recommending this site for service.
The team at Staunton Firestone was incredibly kind. From now on, I will be driving from Fredericksburg back to Staunton to get any work needed on my car done. My appointment time was respected and for the services I booked, I was in and out of there promptly.
Went in for a state inspection a couple weeks ago and they told me my three year old car had a stuck caliper and needed that, the front rotors, the brake pads, and the brake hose replaced, and also recommended new tires (which they admitted on the spot is just a corporate requirement for tires showing any sign of wear even though my tires are less than a year old), all totaling almost $1300. "I would say about an hour". I heard this phrased uttered by Leah, a sales representative, roughly a half dozen times to different customers when I went here. I made an appointment for 2pm, being told the same, and noted that my car did not get brought into their garage until approximately 3:30. I needed a localized inspection of my coolant system to look for a leak. The staff were amazing. We had a repair issue on an older vehicle when on vacation. The intake managers and the technicians treated us with empathy and professionalism. I have never had a better experience at any firestone and we have been loyal custo.ers for over 15 years. This team was the very best. Please express our greatest appreciation for their expert and attentive service.
