The service was excellent and Eric at the Staunton store was phenomenal. Great guys and very polite and professional
I as when I set the appointment, I specifically ask if my front suspension would get greased. I was told that it would when I brought the vehicle in for the appointment. I again asked if the suspension would get lubricated when the vehicle was finished and returned to me, I looked underneath that grease fitting and they had not been touched when I When I said that the front had not been greased, I was told that it had there was a coat of dirt on each of the forfeiting and none of them have been touched
I would love to give a great review because they are some good folks. However, before you agree to service check labor rates. These folks charged my wife 93.00 in labor to change a $3.59 back up light that takes 10 minutes. I do most of the work on our cars at home but she was in a pinch. Cmon man.
