My mom took her car there for a brake inspection as there was a LOUD grinding noise coming from the rear passenger side wheels. They proceeded to tell her that it was the wheel covers making the noise but wheel covers can’t make a LOUD grinding noise. Wheel covers just make a rattling noise which we’ve known about since she got the car. They took the vehicle as a walk in at 9am. They started looking at car I guess around 9:45 am. The guys at Firestone were so friendly and helpful with my car troubles! I desperately needed and inspection and oil change and they kindly fit me in! Lenwood has wonderful customer service and was incredibly helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed at the best cost! I will definitely be returning for any other car repairs that I’ll need!
