Rt. 11 Autocare completed the alignment with no replacement parts, that Firestone said were required to perform the alignment..... Hmmm.
Super fast service. Very personable and helpful. Couldn't be happier with our experience. We talked to two different people and both were great. Thanks for turning a bad mishap into a relatively painless half hour!
If you want to have your car inspected annually, I absolutely do not recommend this place.They will overwhelm you with simple things because their goal is to find something to fix in your car, even though it's fine and doesn't need fixing. In addition, their prices are completely unreasonable if there are things that need fixing.It was a disappointing experience. Sorry, I gave one star because the system requires it, because they don't deserve even one part of this star.
Dishonest inspection. Watch out for this location failing any inspection due to swollen lug nuts, cracked rotors or tire treads. Upon reinspection, these issues were clearly not in fault and should have passed original inspection. Sham on this operator.
