Courteous, quality customer service, quick response times and quality work at a reasonable price.
Had an issue with a camper tire while traveling from Kentucky. I hated to be the guy that showed up right at closing time but they were willing to help and extremely accommodating. I cannot say enough positive about these folks. I would highly recommend to anyone needing tires or vehicle service.
I was traveling home from a long trip when my check engine light came on. Brett & Michael fixed my issue in no time. They were so kind and helpful. So thankful for the time they spent getting me back on the road!!
Do not go here for a state inspection. Rotated my tires without asking (and also not needed), rotated incorrectly, scratched rims, had to get them rebuffed. What was supposed to take 45min took 2hrs the first visit, over a month of phone calls, multiple days without my car and renting a car - huge inconvenience. Happy they fixed the problem at their expense, but still very annoyed any of it happened in the first place.
Very busy repair shop. Employees were great and the jobs were completed on time. We were a little surprised by the road hazard charge as typically that is covered in the price of the tires. Other than that little $ surprise we were very satisfied.
