8 AM appointment for a state inspection new windshield wipers and new rear tires. I show up at the facility at 7:45. I was told the inspector wouldn’t be in until 8 AM and that it was first come first serve and there is a person in front of me when for their inspection by the time it is 930. My car still has not been started on with any work and the inspector is still working on the first inspection the facility is poorly mismanaged, and they do not care about anyone’s schedule except their own.
Great service ordering over the phone and settling up and appointments which was quick and friendly. Best price anywhere and professional service. Shout out to Brett at the store who was helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with.
Brandon did a wonderful job showing me the work that could be done. I got to select the work I only needed done for inspection. Lily was nice explaining my options. Recommend Firestone for anyone in the area. We have been going there for years.
Brett and his staff in Staunton, VA are top notch and represent the Firestone brand very well. Their pricing is highly competitive and service quality was excellent.
