The service guy Zack charged me $31 to check a flat tire a few days after they installed 2 new tires for me. I thought that was unusual and unfair. Then the tpms light was still on after the installation. He told me it had to be driven for 15 miles or so for it to reset. After driving 50 miles, light was still on. I find I've always had a problem with the service and experience at any Firestone locations. Never again will I be going to firestone!
Ok price - call for pick up We dropped off 2 wheels to have new tires installed from Tire Rack - $61 total so that was about the best to be found. BUT - next time, I need a definite pick up time as wife still had to wait despite calling ahead.
I was given a detailed description of all the issues with my car and the detailed cost for repairs.
