Was driving out of town & picked up a "bolt" in the tread of Mercedes suv. Luck would have it, between Firestone & AAA roadside assistance, Firestone patched the tire, in fairly good time, when they were super busy! Thank you to Johnny Brooks, service manager, we were back on the road again, for our next destination!
