Will never come back here again, Came in wanted to get 2 tires and an oil change so I got a quote from a guy that works there for a certain amount that was within my budget since I was pretty tight on cash. Agreed to the cost and services and made an appointment for the following day to get everything done. Waited for 2 hours which is normal for what they had done to the vehicle and then at the time of checkout they hit me with $100 more that what they had quoted me before !! Will never comeback here again!!
The reason for a one is because I took my vehicle too Firestone to get the brakes checked but I can afford it but when I get my car back I had it towed back to me and I get it back my battery is dead and they don't think that's a problem of them not charging my battery backup I brought it there with the battery working I should have got it back with my battery working and when I called them about it the manager act like you know when I'm supposed to do they should have charged my battery up I brought it in with it working I ... read more

Love coming here for all of my car care needs! Such a pleasant environment and space to work while I’m waiting for my car to be fixed! They got me in and out today and patched up my tire in about an hour! Thanks for all you do!
I’ve been really quiet with the disappointment that is this location. I can’t anymore. 3 weeks ago I showed up for a scheduled rotate and balance only to be told “the tech won’t rotate the tires because of dry rot.” Mind you this vehicle is parked outside all of the days and all of the hours. We now can’t tell the difference between sun cracks and dry rot. Had vehicle backed out after pleading from service staff to still do the alignment and left. Fast forward to last week.
