Polite, fast and complete! I liked that the waiting room was off a bit so that folks at the counter didn't have to feel like they were "on-stage" for everyone waiting.
I would love to leave ZERO stars but its not an option. I would stay as far away as possible. I tried to bring an older car in for an alignment, before I even called, I verified the model alignment rack and that it does in fact have the specs for my vehicle and that the heads doi in fact fit on the rims with no issue what so ever. I was told the car was "too old" and they refused to do the work.. Now that is especially frightening considering ANY HALFWAY competent tech can do an alignment with the plates and a tape measure, ... read more
