I spoke with Johnny and he was extremely helpful. Especially being a woman and someone who doesn't know much about this kind of stuff its easy to feel overwhelmed when in a shop. He was able to take the time to help me, explaining my options in a way where I never felt tricked or cheated out of tons of money. Truly thankful for Johnny and the Thomasville Firestone crew!!
