Booked oil change at 8am. Showed up a couple minutes early, nobody in the shop and doors locked. Confirmed hours on store door show 8am opening. 40 minutes later still no employee to be found and shop closed, along with multiple other customers driving around the building just as confused. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Work was done thoroughly and on time. Can’t ask for much more!
We received excellent service; Kyle and Hank provided outstanding care for the vehicle, demonstrating particular expertise with Honda models.
Very considerate and willing to help me to understand what was going on.
