Maria was great at her costumer service
Do NOT go here. Went in for an inspection and failed me for some crap on brake discs. Went to another shop and they say it was a non issue. These guys are ripping people off trying to make money off unsuspecting customers. My car is less than 2 years old, so i suspected they were full of it. Please see all other reviews or their scammy inspection practices at this location. DO NOT spend your money here.
Maria and the staff at Firestone were outstanding. I was just in for an oil change on Sunday and they were quick, efficient and friendly. Great service like the team at Firestone displayed is hard to find. Plus they are open on Sundays!
Buyer beware! Not sure if it's a corporate practice, or simply local employee incompetence, but don't expect the quoted price on recommended work to be the final price, as the techs will "find" (?) things after the fact (rather than FULLY diagnose the repair first), not just once, but twice, so that an initial reasonable cost balloons into a far more substantial cost.
I’ve dealt with Mike several times at this location and the Montgomery Mall location. He offers incredible service even though both locations are absolutely slammed with work and customers. Mike deserves a raise!
