I wanted to leave this review so I can hopefully help other people to avoid the unprofessionalism and bad experience I had at the Firestone in Smyrna. I have gone there in the past and had a good experience, but this time it was the complete opposite. I replaced all of my rear suspension components as my car is 17 years old at this point and needed a refresh. Staff members are always respectful and the waiting area is clean.
Won't go here again. I only went here bc I needed a tire patched. Easiest job you can do on a car. This Firestone couldn't do it, tried to sell me a new tire. Not even the same brand of the other 3 tires. Brought my car to Kirkwood Auto up in Newark (I work up there) and they fixed it for free. I know these retail car repair places are bad but, this place is new. Thought I'd get lucky and they'd be trying to build a good name with the community, nope!
