I had a flat...I called Clayton firestone store and the manager could not guarantee that it would be done until Monday - this was Saturday. Then a few minutes later the OWNER of both the Olivette and the Clayton locations called me and told me to tow the car to Olivette - his other store and he would guarantee that it would be done in 2 hours. I did and all was good. It was smart of the owner to call me - made me a fan!
