Unfortunately, Firestone doesn’t carry the correct tires for my Volvo AWD, but everyone was very nice and helpful. Tested my flat tire, found the tear in the sidewall and marked it. Put air in the spare for me and recommended another tire store. I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t get the tire(s) replaced, but I got really good service and I’d go back.
I easily scheduled my appointment online, received confirmation in my email, & found coupons before my visit. JD was at the counter & has The Best customer service I have ever encountered at an auto repair shop. He explained everything to me, showed me my options, & help me prioritize my services based on safety. The waiting area is very clean & the mechanics were very professional. I brought my SUV there and they told me I needed all these things done to my SUV but the dealer said I did not firestone wanted to charge me $1500 and I only end up spending for parts and labor $285 I was so disappointed that they tried to do that and we have the firestone credit card iam going to pay our card off and cancel it times or really hard for some people but when others try to scam you it's not a good feeling now let's see if anyone really read these reviews and respond to them.
