The staff was very friendly and courteous. They seem to care about what service they were providing. They did not push unnecessary service.
I replaced my own calipers. The boxes were not marked driver or passenger. I put them on the wrong side causing the system not to bleed properly. This was my mistake. I own it. When I had it towed to Firestone they charged me $$600 Labor just to move the calipers. An operation that in reality took less than an hour. I don't mind paying stupid tax but geez.
Got another alignment on the Vette. These people are awesome. I highly recommend this Firestone store. They keep the customer informed.
These guys are courteous, efficient and know their stuff.
Very friendly staff. Thought i had a faulty tire sensor since my light was on and wouldnt go off after adding air. Turns out it wasnt that. They aired up my tire & didnt charge me for anything. They also reset the TPM which was not working for me and driving me crazy lol they couldve charged a service fee or something i appreciate them for being honest. I will definitely be back and recommend this location to others!
