Personnel is very personable. He could sell chicken wings to a chicken. The facility was busy on that day and I was a walk in, but I was serviced in a reasonable time. The people there engender a sense of trust and competence. When asked for a recommendation for car service, Firestone is in my top three locally. God bless the honest mechanic.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to help you. Definitely my go to!

Friendly, very helpful, had to get a part from somewhere else which made my wait longer but they apologized and gave me a discount on my service. Will go again, great bunch of people!
