The service I received while at this location was phenomenal and timing couldn’t have been better than what I received . the front desk was courteous and respectful, I would visit this location again when and if I’m in town for my service needs.
This was one of the best experiences that I’ve had at a Firestone store. The team there was not only graded customer service and making me feel valued, but their work was top-notch, timely, and affordable. Made appt for oil change, rotate, balance, alignment of tires, and cooling treatment. They started appt on time. No communication about progress for 2 1/2 hours. Then I was told my car was almost ready. Still waited another 45 minutes. Very poor communication about service.
We've had 3 vehicles inspected between both Smyrna locations the past few months. This location seemed to do a more thorough vehicle inspection than the other Smyrna location. We had 2 vans inspected here before buying the 2nd van. However, the other Smyrna location did do a good job inspecting my wife's current vehicle that we bought a few months ago. We haven't had any issues out of her car yet either. But we've also put less than 400 miles on that car since we bought it.
