Was told the wrong price over the phone was told the tire could be put on today and it can't till tomorrow the guy at the front told my wife the guy we spoke with left at 5pm and hasn't been seen since only one tech working how is the place still here smh
I’m a repeat customer of this Firestone location. I’ve always had a pleasant experience and this time was no different. Sean took my call a few days ago and answered all my questions about various types of tires and what would be best for my vehicle and trip types. He ordered new tires for me and when I arrived today for the installation he continued to deliver the same friendly customer service in person.
