My check engine light came on so I scheduled an appointment for 8 am Friday. I didn't hear from them the rest of the day, or the next day. Saturday evening I called to check on the status and they said they had only hooked up the computer tester, but had not worked on it. Took my car in this morning at 8am for a rear pad and rotor replacement. Fast forward to 5:50pm when I drove there to see what is going on because they close at 6pm. Car was still up in the air and all employees were gone except for the guy closing up the shop. Absolutely no communication from them throughout the day or at the end of the day to let me know that I won’t get my car back today. We put so many things on hold in case the car was ready. Fast and high quality service. Got a new set of tires and they did it way faster than I expected!
I waited over 4 hours, for someone to plug my tire. They changed the oil, once I checked the ticket I realized they didn’t even plug the tire. Seems like they don’t have great communication between the front of the house and back of the house. The guy that was working the front(which is who I told about my tire) isn’t even the one that wrote up the ticket.
