Great service from a friendly staff
My 2007 Prius was brought in so "dead" the tow truck driver had a hard time dragging it onto his flatbed truck. The Prius had to be towed further to a Toyota Dealership, where it sat "dead" and unfixable. So Toyota took it in as trade for a 2024 Honda Civic!!! God is good!! Thank you very much from a Disabled Veteran on a Pension. Firestone and the Management of the Lancaster, OH Branch are very good people. Thank you VERY much. Gary McQuaide
