Came in for a flat repair and had me out in an hr. Zane was super helpful and concerned with my safety compared to the dealer
I came here because my Honda Civic was blowing hot air. Spent $520 bucks for a A/C Performance Check and A/C Evacuate and Recharge. They told me the air was blowing cold and that they couldn’t find a leak anywhere. He also told me that I can bring it in within the week if it starts blowing warm. Well it stayed cold for about a month. I called back and they said I’d have to pay for it again in order to have it checked and recharged. I then decide to take it to Honda to look at it. Have used this location since we moved to the area in April '23. We always find the South Lebanon location to be very courteous, communicative, sensitive to the challenges of facing unexpected car repairs, up front and transparent, thorough. We have used Firestone in multiple states and have always been pleased with the level of customer service each location has provided. A great business culture.
