They found the true reason my daughters car was having some some issues and thoroughly explained it to me. They provided their analysis on paper and how my fix would require a body shop. While there, I needed a battery in an unexpected failure of the battery. They treated both my issue and my daughters complicated issue - both vehicles, as though we were the most important people in Lexington...and I'm a nobody. I hope these folks stay at this Firestone location. I will definitely be back when another issue comes up with one... read more
I was extremely overquoted and told that my cv axle would need replaced. They printed a quote for over 1600 dollars with a diagnosis that had nothing to do with the issues my car was having. I went to a dealership and was told it would be a THIRD of the price INCLUDING labor and shipping the parts (my cv axle was completely fine by the way). I do not recommend this location.
overpriced and over charged us told us a different price over the phone littarly scratched my tint on my window
