Zach at Firestone was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He handled our concerns and the team was able to get my new tire on very quickly even though the lobby was pretty full and the phone calls kept coming in. Thank you for working on a Sunday so that so many of us could get ourselves safely back on the road!
