Today I had my Range Rover tires replaced with a brand new set. What can I say, the entire experience was outstanding. AL was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of everything I needed to get my car back on the road! Amazing service center, highly recommended. I will use them again. Thank you Firestone Team and AL.

Brought my car in for a tire plug . Charge me over $41 . The owner Al is an angry man, I’ve never had been yelled harassed as a customer at questioning a price. He is terrorizing and Scary !! I called Mavis which is down the street and they charge $20 for the same plug . STAY CLEAR . This place shouldn’t be in business with this customer service and prices . BEWARE . Also he should have handled it totally differently vs telling me to pay and “get out “ “he doesn’t need my business “ HORRIFIC
