I came into Firestone because I heard a strange sound coming from my car and wanted to have it checked out. The team performed a courtesy inspection, communicated everything clearly, and had my car looked at much faster than I expected. Chris, Jonny, Bob, and Theo were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Awesome store—I highly recommend this Firestone location!
