Since moving to the Elgin area, I've been using the Firestone Shop on Randall Rd. The fellas are very polite and professional. I appreciate them keeping me informed, as to the service(s) my vehicle may need in the near future, to keep it running smoothly. Everyone needs to know the maintenance their vehicles need to keep them running at their best.

We were glad to get an appointment on a Sunday for two new tires and an alignment. While the alignment seems fine so far, our experience with the tires was terrible. The day after the service, the TPMS light started blinking and stayed on, and one of the newly replaced tires lost 5 PSI. When we called and brought the car back, the staff took no accountability, insisting they’d have to charge us because they "didn't even touch the TPMS system."
