Great service! We have 3 cars and one of them is usually ready for some type of service. We use Firestone for all our car's needs. From oil changes, to maintenance recommended by the mileage, to purchasing tires. We always get a great price and they do have coupons in the paper. If you have a credit card you can take advantage of paying it off within 3 months, with no interest!
Auto Repair by Courteous, Clean, Knowledgable Professionals I trust all my automotive care and concerns to these guys. They do it all quickly and courteously. Oil changes, NY State inspections, repair, maintenance. If they can't do it (like body work) they recommend someone who can. They have even told me when *not* to spend the money to replace something. Going the extra mile I've used this Firestone for many of my car repairs for years and they have always been reliable. A couple of weeks ago I took my car in for a timing belt and water pump, among other things. When I got the car back it didn't sound right so I turned around and went back to Firestone. They put me in an Enterprise rental car at their expense and went back into the job. Beware of the Bait-and-Switch coupons My $10.00 off a New York State inspection coupon turned into a $900 plus estimate of, what turned out to be, unnecessary repairs. Run (not walk) as fast as you can AWAY from this place! Wes P
Highly Recommended My family and I were on our way out of town and discovered we needed a new tire right away. We were greeted by very friendly employees who were able to get to our car immediately. The wait time was minimal, the prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommed this business.
Fast,friendly,knowledgable and fair prices This is the place that always take my car to for any mechanical issues, thank god,it has only been for maintenance,so far. When you go in, they really get to you quick. I have never had to be there more than an hour. They stay on top of what maintenance is required at the milage your car is at when you come in. RIPOFFS WARNING!!!!!! RIPOFFS they were trying to charge my brothers roommate $900.00 to change the front and back brakes on a 22 year old truck, when my husband went to pick up the truck they wouldn t allow him to see the estimate because they knew it was a RIP OFF, the dang truck wasnt even worth the 900 hello is that what your company is in business for to charge people 800 a hour for labor cause we sure fixed it for around 150 dollars some sorry company you guys have
baw Firestone at 5437 Veterans Pkwy used to be my favorite auto repair shop. Recently, they have done repairs that only ended in one repair after another. The last two repairs made me realized what was going on. After an oil change, I was told that my radiator was leaking from the top. Just before taking my car, I had checked everything under the hood, and would have notice such a large spill. They would fix one thing and tear up another. I am through with Firestone for good.
Just Awesome! The best place to go for auto service. Mike and Mark are the greatest, and the staff is exceptional. I would never take my vehicles anywhere for quality service at the best price!
